This well-established and successful water treatment company, who have a vast portfolio of high profile clients across the South of England, are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hard-working Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the Southall area. This is an excellent opportunity for a career driven individual to join a professional water company that can offer long-term training in to technical water systems. Consideration will be given to applications from Harrow, Hayes, Kingston upon Thames and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience:

The applicant must have a good educational, chemical, technical and water treatment background.
A strong working knowledge of the ACOP L8 guidelines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience working as a water hygiene engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

CWST & Calorifier inspections.
Cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems, boilers and cooling towers, etc.
Temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling, analysing water systems and interpreting the results.
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on all dosing equipment.
Outlet flushing and TMV servicing.
Completing paperwork for works undertaken.
Build and maintain a good, professional working relationship with clients.
