Job Title: Water Treatment Account Manager.
Location: Coventry, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £30k – £55k + Bonus Scheme + Company Vehicle
Reputable Water Treatment company with a loyal client base, are currently looking to recruit a Water Treatment Account Manager to manage an existing client base in the Midlands region. Undertaking a split account management and sales role, nurturing both new and existing accounts, you will be responsible for ensuring customer compliance and promoting growth through the upselling of remaining company services. The ideal applicant would be highly motivated and able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of current legislation and associated legionella compliance / water treatment services. For the successful candidate our client can offer excellent company pension, generous holiday package and company vehicle.
The client is open to receiving applications from those based with good access to the South Midlands region including Solihull, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, Worcester, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Cheltenham, Banbury, Bicester, Witney, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton.
Experience & Qualifications:
– Extensive experience working within a Water Treatment / Water Hygiene Sales or Account Management role.
– Able to demonstrate the successful management and growth of water treatment / legionella accounts.
– Good technical knowledge of a range of water systems; including domestic systems, cooling tower, and closed systems.
– Experience using on site test kits. (desirable)
– Confident communicator – able to liaise with clients and staff at all levels.
– Full driving license and happy to travel within the role.
The Role:
– Managing a portfolio of existing accounts and overseeing all associated legionella compliance, service, and remedial works.
– Undertaking the sampling and analysis of cooling tower, closed systems and both hot and cold domestic water systems.
– Proactively sourcing new clients through word of mouth, internet, and cold calling.
– Encouraging the growth of existing accounts through Identifying opportunities to cross sell the company’s remaining services.
– Undertaking site surveys and investigations as and when required
– Preparing quotations for works waiting to be carried out.
– Raising purchase orders and invoices.
– Completing detailed technical reports and provided advice to clients.
– Attending meetings with clients to give updates and reviews.
