Our client is a fast growing and diverse water treatment company that offers quality and professional water treatment services to clients, including high profile clients and due to current state and business requirement, they are now seeking the services of a commercially focused and astute Water Treatment Accounts Manager based in in and around the Midlands area. Undetaking duties such as, Visiting sites and dealing with any issues effectively, Collecting information to then produce reports, Conducting Chemical analysis on steam bouilers and cooling towers and Installaton of chemical dosing systems. Applications from Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Derby, Nottingham and the surrounding areas will be considerd.
Purpose of the Role:
Servicing and managing existing and new accounts.
Ideally, the individual must come from a strong water treatment, technical, chemistry, chemical, accounts, service, management and business development background.
Must have good formal education and be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Must have excellent communication, supervisory, people management, organizational, presentation and leadership skills.
Must have hands on conducting chemical analysis on steam boilers, cooling towers, etc.
Must be fully conversant with the water treatment/water hygiene industry – L8.
Must have a proven track record working within this role and within the water treatment industry.
Managing and maintaining the company’s diverse portfolio of existing and new accounts.
Scheduling workloads and inspection and ensuring that water treatment engineers meet the demands of the customers appropriately and at the same time comply with water legislation.
Ensuring that the Water Treatment Engineers carry out the work in a cost effective manner and at the same time comply with the Health & Safety regulation.
Updating the clients with progress reports.
Using the Database effectively.
Preparing quotations and tenders.
Getting involved Key Performance Indicators.
Conducting chemical analysis on steam boilers and cooling towers, interpretation of results, maintenance and installation of chemical dosing systems.
Providing technical advice to clients.
Visiting sites and dealing with any issues appropriately and effectively.
Building and maintaining a good working relationship with clients.
Collating and preparing comprehensive reports.
Visiting sites and dealing with issues effectively and appropriately
Allocating and scheduling of jobs.
