Job Title: Water Treatment Administrator / Coordinator
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary / Benefits £20k – £27k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Administrator / Coordinator through to Lead Water Treatment Administrator / Coordinator

Profile: Our client is a well established and leading name within the Legionella / Water treatment industry, who deliver the full range of legionella compliance duties to varied client base. They are currently recruiting organised and tenacious Water Treatment Administrator / Coordinator based in the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience within an administration role within the water treatment industry. Ideally the candidate will ideally come from a strong background in sales, with experience managing a portfolio of client and upselling / cross selling company services.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold extensive experience within the water treatment industry within an admin / sales role.
” Must have good organisational skills.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Liaising and dealing with clients accordingly.
” Allocating work for site engineers and scheduling works to be completed.
” Entering and updating reports and information accordingly.
” Managing and overseeing a small team.
” Carrying out any other office duties in line with business needs.
” Selling and promoting the companies water treatment services to a mixed range of clints.
” Providing support to management and other staff.
