Our established client is a leading name within the water treatment / legionella industry. They are currently recruiting for a professional experienced Water Treatment Administrator / Scheduler to join their busy office. The successful candidate will be based in Newcastle, will have previous and extensive experience working within a water treatment company and will ideally have experience scheduling engineers on a national scale. Applications from Gosforth, Gateshead, South Shields, and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications & experience:
The applicant should have a good educational and water hygiene administrative background.
Competent with Microsoft Office Package.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in project co-ordinator role beneficial.
Planning and scheduling the Engineers daily workload throughout the country.
Collating Legionella Risk assessments
Completing and uploading reports.
Liaising with clients and customers on a regular basis.
Dealing with internal and external databases.
Produce schematic drawings using CAD software.
Attending meetings and taking minutes.
Carrying out any other administrative duties as required.
