Job Title: Water Treatment Engineer
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester
Salary / Benefits: 23,000 – 32,000 + Benefits + Training
Level of Experience: further progression into legionella risk assessing.

Profile

Due to consistent growth of the business, this highly respectable and established water treatment company with a good presence is actively seeking the services of a smart, competent, and multi-skilled Water Treatment Engineer based in and around the Manchester area. The success candidate will hold a proven track record of delivering water treatment including; legionella monitoring, TMV servicing, basic remedial works and cleans and chlorinations.

Applications will be considered from – Bolton, Oldham, Warrington, Wigan, Bury, Preston, Blackburn, Blackpool, Liverpool, Birkenhead, Chester, and Crewe.

Experience / Qualifications:

” The successful Water Treatment Engineer will hold previous experience working within the water treatment industry.
” Will be fully conversant with current ACOP L8 guidelines.
” Excellent communication skills.
” Proficient in using Microsoft Office Package.

The Role:

” Cleans and Disinfections of water systems.
” Tank cleans and descales.
” Cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems and cooling towers.
” Carrying out CWST inspections.
” Servicing of TMV’s.
” Basic remedials as and when required.
” Providing accurate reports and maintaining paperwork.
” Building and maintaining a working relationship with clients and customers.
