Job Description

Our client is a well-established and rapidly expanding water treatment/water hygiene company and they now need to recruit an experienced and hard-working Water Treatment Engineer based in and around the Chester area. Applications will be considered from Wrexham, Ellesmere Port, Northwich, Crewe and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Applicants will come from a good educational, chemical and technical background.
Experience working in a water treatment role.
A good working knowledge of the Health & Safety regulations regarding the water treatment industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Role:

Cleaning and chlorination of both hot and cold water systems, tanks, boilers and cooling towers.
Temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling and analysing water systems.
Undertake planned preventative maintenance on all dosing equipment.
Showerhead cleans & descales.
Install and maintain dosing systems.
Inspection and disinfection of CWST.
Maintenance and servicing of TMV’s.
Liaising with clients on a regular basis in a professional manner.
Nationwide travel.
