Job Description

Our client is a progressive water treatment/water hygiene company which is now looking for an experienced Water Treatment Engineer to work for them in the South East region. Undertaking daily tasks such as cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems, temperature monitoring, analysing water systems and conduting of routine sampling. Consideration will be given to applications from Ashford, Dartford, Chelmsford, and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Have extensive experience of working as a water treatment engineer.
Be fully conversant with current guidelines relating to the water industry.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Package.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems, boilers and cooling towers, etc.
Temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling, analysing water systems and interpreting the results.
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on all dosing equipment.
Maintain a good working relationship with clients.
Repair and maintenance of TMV’s, shower heads.
Monitoring client’s air and water systems and ensuring that they comply with the current Health and Safety legislation.
