Job Title: Water Treatment Equipment Engineer.
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £40k + Training + Benefits

We have an excellent opportunity within an industry leading Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company for a Water Treatment Equipment Engineer. For this role, you must be willing to travel and stay away, covering various Commercial, Industrial and Public sector client sites. You must have excellent hands-on experience of servicing and installing Water Treatment Equipment, dosing equipment and installing and servicing water softeners. For the successful candidate, our client can offer tailored training plans, as well as excellent salary and holiday packages.

Due to the nature of the contracts, the client is open to location with preference given to candidates with good access to the M1 and surrounding areas: Bedford, Milton Keynes, Stevenage, Luton , Aylesbury, Brackley, Bletchley, Birmingham, Royal Leamington Spa, Market Harbough, Leicester, Loughborough, Nottingham, Beeston, Mansfield Worksop, Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Wakefield.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Working within an established Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company, ideally working as an Equipment Engineer.
” Holding a background in mechanical / electrical or 18th electrical would be beneficial to the role.
” Will have excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
” Hands on experience servicing and installing Water Treatment equipment
” Will be professional and courteous always.
” Able to communicate efficiently.

The Role:
” Working on Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector buildings carrying out the installation and replacement of reverse osmosis, CL02 systems and UV filtration systems.
” Installing and servicing water softeners.
” Installing and maintenance of chemical dosing units, including CLO2, Silver Peroxide & Copper Ionisation.
” Carrying out fault finding on site and dealing with them efficiency.
” Carrying out pre-work risk assessments, ensuring paperwork is accurate and up to date.
” Providing clients with excellent technical advice and dealing with any queries.
” Ensuring work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety legislations.
