Job Description

Our established client is a professional and leading name within the water treatment/hygiene industry. They are now looking for an experienced and self-sufficient Water Treatment / Legionella Training Manager to join their team. The Successful candidate will have a good technical understanding and a proven track record working within a similar role within the water treatment / legionella industry. The ideal candidate will be located in or around the London/M25 area and will have specialist knowledge and experience within Water Treatment, Legionellosis Risk Assessments, Pre-commissioning Cleaning and Training Services. Applications from Dartford, Croydon, Brentwood, Slough and the surrounding areas would be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

Will hold previous experience within an Training management role.
Confident in delivering on-site training to staff and external clients.
Hold a strong technical knowledge of Installations, Water Treatment/Hygiene, Legionellosis Risk Assessments, Pre-Commissioning Cleans.
Will have previous hands on experience within a water treatment or legionella site role.
Must have excellent communication skills.


Delivering and developing Water treatment / legionella Training courses and assessments according to the company’s standards and procedures.

Managing, training, developing and delivering water treatment / legionella related training to all levels of staff and clients.

Delivering both internal and external training Courses.

Ensuring safety and welfare of people involved in the training courses.

Getting involved with the development and assessment training programmes, etc.

Supporting employers and employees.

Ensuring that the facilities have the right provision to deliver training courses.

Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed and at the same making improvements.

Overseeing and reviewing delegates with regards to performance and in line with the training programmes, etc.

Supporting training staff as and when required.
