Job Description

This well established water treatment company is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Water Treatment Pre-Commissioning Engineer to work for them on a variety of contracts in and around the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will have experience in flushing water systems to BSRIA guidelines. Applications from Worcester, Dudley, Wolverhampton, and those with good access to the M25 will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in Water Treatment Pre -Commissioning.
A strong chemical and water treatment background.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience of working within the water treatment industry.
Competent with Microsoft office package.

Role:

Carrying out pre-commissioning cleaning on the systems according to BSRIA standards.
Completing flushing works, ensuring flow rates.
Dosing CHW and LTHW systems and washing systems.
Chemical and tank cleans.
Undertake chlorination and disinfection works in accordance with ACOP L8 guidelines.
Collating and producing accurate reports and schematic drawings.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance to ACOP (8) guidelines.
