We are currently recruiting for an expanding water treatment company, that provides specialist water treatment/hygiene and legionella services to clients throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for a forward thinking and commercially focused Water Treatment Sales Manager based in the South East. The successful candidate will hold an extensive knowledge and experience working as a business development manager within the water treatment industry. They will also have a proven track record of managing and developing a large portfolio of new and existing water treatment / hygiene accounts. Consideration will be given to applications from Croydon, Bromley, Redhill and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must have a strong educational, sales, business development, management, and technical background.
Experience in a business development role within the water treatment industry is essential.
Experience over-seeing and developing a portfolio of closed systems, steam boilers and cooling tower accounts.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Role:

Manage existing accounts whilst sourcing new ones.
Get involved with the sales, commercial and financial side of the business – promoting the company’s water treatment services.
Produce quotations and submit tenders.
Develop and monitor business forecasts and budgets.
Maintain a professional relationship with clients/customers.
Achieving targets and goals.
Development of staff by providing mentoring, further training etc.
Developing plans for new clients and suppliers – contracts or services.
