Job Description

Due to current state of the business, this top player within the water treatment industry is actively seeking the services of a good calibre and multi-skilled Water Treatment Service Engineer in North East region. Considetation will be made for applications from. Newcastle, South Shields, Gateshead and the surrounding areas.

Ideally, the applicant will have City & Guilds qualification and will be competent in using the computer – Microsoft Office Package.

Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must be IT literate.

Must have significant demonstrable experience – working within this role and within the water treatment industry, which will include installation and servicing of equipment, disinfections, cooling towers and acid descales.

Key Role:

Knowledge and experience in installations and servicing of Water Softeners, CLO2 units, UV Systems and other plant and equipment.

Cleans and Disinfections of Cooling Towers.

Liaising with clients.

Assisting in training new starters.

Attributes:

The successful post holder will be of smart disposition and have the ability to carry out the work effectively.

Must be prepared to travel extensively.
