Job Title: Air Hygiene Engineer
Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £38k + Training + Benefits

We are recruiting for a company in the Yorkshire / North West region who specialise in providing Air Hygiene / Water Hygiene management services across Educational, Hospitality, Healthcare, Leisure, Manufacturing, and Industrial sites. They are now looking to take on an Air Hygiene Engineer to join their longstanding team of engineers. You will be covering a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out inspection, testing and ducting on fire dampers, maintaining air handling units ensuring that work is carried out in line with COSHH / TR19 guidelines. Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience working for an Air Hygiene / Water Hygiene company working as an Air Hygiene Engineer.
” Extensive knowledge of COSHH / TR19 regulations.
” Holding industry relevant qualification would be beneficial to the role e.g., TR19 ticket and / or Fire Damper Testing certificate.
” Able to communicate efficiently with colleagues and clients.
” Excellent time management skills.

The Role:
” Working on a mixed portfolio of sites undertaking testing, inspections, ducting and remedial work on fire dampers.
” Maintenance of air handling units (AHUs)
” Undertaking kitchen extract and ventilation cleans.
” Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant COSHH / TR19 guidelines.
” Ensuring all paperwork is completed and returned to clients in a timely manner.
” Liaising with clients, ensuring any issues are dealt with efficiently and providing excellent technical support to clients.
