Job Description

Our client is a well-established asbestos company with a nationwide presence. Due to continuing success they are now looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Asbestos Administrator to join their busy team in and around the Chelmsford area. Applications will be considered from Colchester, Braintree, Basildon, and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous administrative/office experience within the asbestos industry essential.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office package.
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Accurate data entry skills.
The ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.

Role:

Overseeing projects from start to finish.
Diary management for surveying staff.
Dealing with all paperwork including time sheets, invoices, emails etc.
Entering data, analysing and checking reports.
Completing and uploading reports.
Liaising with clients and sending out certificates.
Maintenance of internal and external databases.
Any other administration duties as required.
