Our client is a notable name within the asbestos industry providing a range of specialist services to clients throughout the UK. They are now hiring for an experienced and competent Asbestos Administrator to join their busy team based in and around the Brentwood area. The ideal applicant will have experience working in a similar role within the asbestos industry and will be well-versed in undertaking administrative tasks such as processing paperwork and scheduling site staff. Applications from Romford, Harlow, Chelmsford, and the surrounding areas will be considered.)

Qualifications & experience:

The applicant will have a strong educational background.
Previous experience working in an office environment within the asbestos industry.
Proficient with Microsoft Office package.
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A good working knowledge of survey/air testing admin essential.
Experience of TEAMS would be beneficial.

Role:

Assisting the Manager with the day to day duties.
Involvement with and managing projects in regards to asbestos projects.
Dealing with allocation of work for the Asbestos Surveyors/Analysts.
Entering data, analysing and checking reports.
Completing and uploading reports onto computer systems.
Liaising with clients and dealing with any queries/issues appropriately.
Dealing with internal and external databases and offering technical help to customers and staff.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, with the ability to carry out an array of administrative duties effectively.
