Job Description

Due to their expanding portfolio of clients this well-established asbestos and environmental consultancy with an excellent track record in the asbestos market, is now seeking a competent Asbestos Administrator to join their offices in the Chelmsford area. Applications from Brentwood, Romford, Southend-on-Sea, Rochford and the surrounding areas would be considered.

Minimum requirements:

Previous administrative experience in an office environment within the asbestos industry.
Highly organised with the ability to multi task
Proficient with Microsoft office package.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Role:

To carry out all administrative tasks, booking appointments, filing time sheets, invoicing etc.
Producing and typing up asbestos reports.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Liaising with staff and customers on a regular basis.
Any other admin duties as required.
