Job Description

Due to recent and rapid expansion our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Administrator to join their busy workforce in the Wakefield area. Undertaking daily duties such as Providing administration support to management and staff, Dealing with quotations and assisting with audits and Scheduling in works for site staff. Applications from Leeds, Huddersfield, Bradford and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

Must have a good formal educational background.
Experience working in an administration role within the asbestos industry.
Must hold the P402.
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Proficient in using the Microsoft office Package.

Role will include:

Providing administrative support to the management team and staff.
Collating and producing accurate documents for the company’s clients.
Dealing with quotations and assisting with audits.
Quality checking asbestos survey reports.
Providing effective control of the company’s documents.
Scheduling works for site staff.
Getting involved with any other admin duties.
Occasionally carrying out Asbestos Surveys on site.
