Our client is an established asbestos consultancy, who delivers professional asbestos services to national clients. They are actively seeking a self-motivated and committed Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the London area. Applications will be considered from Edgware, Enfield, Watford, Romford and the surrounding areas. They are looking for an individual who holds the P403/4 asbestos qualifications and has hands on experience in carrying out a wide range of asbestos air-monitoring duties to a mixed portfolio of sites.

Qualifications & Experience:

The individual must have attained the P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Will have significant experience working as an asbestos analyst within the asbestos industry.
Confident in under-taking a wide range of asbestos air monitoring duties to a missed portfolio of sites.
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Will be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.
Must have good client facing and organisational skills.

Role Will Encompass:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearance, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Overseeing contractors on site and ensuring that they adhere with the Health and Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.
Carrying out site audits.
Building and maintaining a good rapport with the clients.
Producing comprehensive reports as and when required.

The successful candidate will be of smart disposition, will be flexible, have good work ethic and at the same time have the ability to multi-task, work independently and carry out the work effectively and within timeline.
