Job Title: Asbestos Auditor.
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £40k + Company Vehicle + Benefits
Level of Experience: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst though to Asbestos Auditor.

We are currently working closely with a Yorkshire based Asbestos Consultancy who have an opening for an Asbestos Auditor to join their expanding team. Working continuously to the company’s high standard, you will be delivering auditing and asbestos management services to Industrial, Commercial and Domestic sites across the Yorkshire and Midlands area. The client is open to receiving applications from experienced Surveyor / Analysts, who do not hold auditing experience but who have a professional, flexible and proactive attitude to work. The successful applicant will receive company pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, excellent overtime rates and company vehicle with private usage.

Consideration will be given to candidate from: Bradford, Keighley, Wakefield, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Barnsley, Worksop, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Gainsborough, Mansfield, Nottingham, Derby, Matlock, Beeston, Loughborough.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Ideally will have experience undertaking asbestos site audits.
” Will possess the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
” At a minimum will have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
” Able to demonstrate practical working knowledge of HSG 248 guidelines.
” Will be able to communicate and organise workload efficiently.

The Role:
” Attending Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial sites, carrying out audits on site staff and work being carried out on site.
” Producing detailed reports based on findings on site.
” Providing training to staff in line with company needs.
” Providing technical support and advice to clients.
” Ensuring work carried out complies with current HSG 248 guidelines.
” Attending meetings when required, ensuring to represent the company in a profession manner.
” Continuing to build and maintain excellent rapport with clients.
