Our client is a growing asbestos company offering the full range of asbestos and environmental services to a mixed portfolio of clients nationwide.

Due to current business requirement, they are looking smart and competent Asbestos Bid Manager to join their busy team/office in the South West – they would consider applications from areas such like Bath, Bristol and the surrounding areas. This role is office based.

Qualifications & Experience:

Will have some formal qualifications and IT skills – will be proficient in using the Microsoft Office, etc.

Must have prior experience working within this role and within the asbestos industry.

Having some knowledge of the industrial and other sectors would be beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining registrations with appropriate authorities/bodies to ensure receipt of relevant EOIs, PQQs and Tender notifications –

Liaising with the company’s commercial teams to assess new opportunities.

Completing the required documentation (with input from various departments) and ensuring submission within the required time frame.

Maintaining an effective archive/filing structure for past submissions, etc.

Monitoring and evaluating the success rates and conversions.

Overall, the successful candidate will be flexible, commercially focused, organized and structured and have the ability to work to deadlines and focus on delivering success.
