Job Title: Asbestos Business Development Manager
Location: London, Greater London.
Salary / Benefits £30k – £55k + Benefits

We have a industry leading company who specialise in Asbestos Management services who are now seeking an Asbestos Business Development Manager to join their team in the South East region. The successful candidate will have experience working closely with clients, continuing to grow and develop accounts alongside sourcing new business in line with company needs. This role would be beneficial to someone looking to join a continuously growing company with a friendly feel, who pride themselves on providing high quality services to their longstanding Commercial, Domestic and Local Authority clients.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Orpington, Rainham, Sidcup, Dartford, Gravesend, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Croydon, Epsom, Southend-on-Sea, Basildon, Brentwood, Cheshunt, Harlow, St Albans, Canvey Island, Billericay, Enfield, Epping, Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford, Welwyn Garden City, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Haslemre, Uckfield.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience working in a customer facing sales / business development role within the Asbestos industry.
” Extensive track record of growing client accounts.
” Excellent knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
” Good IT skills, able to produce reports, tenders, quotes and management plans.
” Organising workload in line with company and client requirements.
” Liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels via phone, email, face to face.

The Role:
” Continuing to manage and grow existing client accounts alongside sourcing new business.
” Liaising with existing and potential clients, upselling and promoting surveying and analytical services in line with client needs.
” Ensuring to meet set KPIs and targets.
” Providing clients with detailed and competitive quotes and tenders.
” Ensuring that all internal systems are accurate and up to date.
” Making sure there is consistent development and efficient management of business forecasting, ensuring to monitor continuously.
” Creating asbestos management plans, ensuring to submit to clients in a timely manner.
” Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
” Attending meetings with clients to discuss the financial aspect of projects and the development, ensuring to deal with any issues and queries in a timely manner.
