Job Title: Asbestos Contracts Coordinator
Location: Bromley, Kent
Salary: £22k – £27k + Benefits Package.

Dynamic and successful Asbestos Consultancy, with a reputation for providing professional asbestos management services, are currently recruiting for an Asbestos Contract Coordinator. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly team of office and site staff. Applicants will come from a strong asbestos background (ideally within a surveying department) and will have experience overseeing key contracts and frameworks and quality checking survey reports.

Consideration will be given to candidates based; Dartford, Erith, Bexleyheath, Swanley, Bromley, Orpington, Sidcup, Croydon and the surrounding area.

Requirements:
– Experience working as an administrator, within an established asbestos consultancy.
– Holding the P402 and experience quality checking reports. (beneficial not essential).
– Good understanding of Microsoft office packages.
– Able to work to strict deadlines.

Role:
– Overseeing key asbestos survey contracts / frameworks.
– Working closely with residents and clients to schedule works.
– Liaising with clients and contracts managers for daily updates.
– Quality checking survey reports.
– Arranging air tests, following initial asbestos survey.
– Collating site packs and completion files.
– Maintaining company databases.
– General administrative duties.
