Job Description

Our client, are a well-established environmental and asbestos consultancy providing a variety of asbestos solutions for clients nationwide. Due to continuing success they are now looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Lab Analyst to join their busy laboratory/office in Central Scotland. Applications from Motherwell, Hamilton, South Lanarkshire and Glasgow will be considered.

Qualifications and experience:

Must possess the P401 asbestos certificate.
Experience working in a laboratory environment within the asbestos industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good attention to detail.

Role:

Booking in and preparing the samples received for analysis.
Carry out analysis of bulk samples to determine the asbestos content.
Producing certificates of analysis.
Getting involved with any other laboratory duties as required.
