Job Title: Asbestos Office Manager
Location: Walsall, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £35k + Company Bonus + Benefits

Our client is a well-known Asbestos Consultancy who specialise in providing Asbestos Surveying services. Due to continuous growth, they are now looking for a driven and business focused Asbestos Office Manager to join their West Midlands office. This role would suit a candidate who is able to work well in a busy environment, able to adapt in line with company needs and will have excellent customer facing and communication skills. You will be overseeing and efficiently managing an established team of administrators, entering sales leads using CRM systems, producing invoices, and raising purchase orders alongside assisting the management team and booking in appointments / meetings . For the successful candidate, our client can offer career progression and excellent company bonus scheme.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Wednesbury, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Birmingham, Cannock, Kidderminster, West Bromwich, Lichfield.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Experience working in an office management role for an established Asbestos Company.
” Will have an excellent telephone / face to face / email manner.
” Excellent knowledge of TEAMS / CRM systems.
” Able to work well under pressure, organising workload efficiently.
” Work well as a team and independently.

The Role:
” Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the office, overseeing a team of administrators.
” Entering jobs on to the company’s internal systems as they come in.
” Keeping internal systems up to date and accurate.
” Providing support to management.
” Scheduling in work for surveyors, arranging accommodation where required.
” Booking in appointments / meetings for management.
” Generating quotes and tenders for clients.
” Entering sales leads using CRM systems.
” Booking out samples using to the laboratory using TEAMS.
” Producing invoices upon completion of work and raising purchase orders.
” Liaising with clients, ensuring any issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
” Organising workload efficiency in line with company / client needs.
” Carrying out effective document control.
” Undertaking general administration duties e.g., filing and scanning documents, answering phone calls, answering / sending emails.
