Our client is a prominent and independent asbestos removal and management company specializing and providing a range of asbestos and environmental services to meet the needs of their clients in a diverse range of industry sectors. Their core values lie in providing solutions tailored to each individual requirement.

Due to expansion in workload, they are currently seeking to employ a smart, tenacious and high calibre Asbestos Office Manager/Co-coordinator in the South West London and will include applications from London, Woking, Crawley, Redhill and the surrounding areas.

Ideally the applicant must come from a good educational background.

Must have excellent communication, people management, client facing, administrative, office and presentational skills.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Package.

The purpose of the role is to support the Operations Manager – ensuring that the business and administration systems run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining the company’ systems.

Managing the company’s administration team – overseeing the team and workload effectively.

Managing and contacting clients and arranging meetings for inspection work.

Attending meetings and taking minutes.

Coordinating and programming works – projects.

Ensuring safe operations in a cost effective way and at the same time satisfying the customers.

Compiling reports or any other documents.

Managing administrative side – organizing jobs, etc.

Overseeing updates – reporting clients’ progress – job closures etc.

Ensuring all work is carried out appropriately (clients’ instruction,

Authorizing purchase orders.

Managing trainees – apprenticeship, etc.

Ensuing that administrative duties are undertaken and completed accurately, within time scale and to the highest standard.

Managing office stationary – budgeting by ordering office supplies, etc.

Answering telephone calls and reporting statistics for the management team.

Providing references as and when required.

Ensuring that all staff carries out the work allocated to them effectively.

Coordinating with staff and management.
