Job Title: Asbestos Removal Supervisor.
Location: Dartford, Kent.
Day rate / Benefits £120 – £180 day rate + Training + Benefits

We have an opening for an Asbestos Removal Supervisor to join a forward-thinking company. Our client is a leading name within Asbestos Removal services, holding a national presence across Construction and Public sector clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background carrying out asbestos removals on a range of sites and will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of operatives, managing licenced and non-licenced projects, and undertaking HSE audits. Our client has various roles available, and consideration would be given to supervisors and operatives of all levels.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Gravesend, Chatham, Gillingham, Canterbury, Ashford, Maidstone, Royal Tonbridge Wells, Croydon, Epsom, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Haslemere, Uckfield, Guildford, Woking, Bracknell, Reading, Windsor, Slough.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will ideally hold an up-to-date asbestos supervisor ticket (supervisor role).
” Experience working for an established Asbestos Removal Company either as a supervisor or operative.
” Extensive knowledge of relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
” Experience supervising and managing a team of operatives.
” Able to communicate efficiently with colleagues / clients.

The Role:
” Overseeing and managing licenced and non-licenced removal projects.
” Overseeing and managing a team of operatives, ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety legislations.
” Carrying out work in line with relevant RAMS and amending where required.
” Undertaking and passing HSE audits.
” Training new starters on site and providing training to existing employees.
” Liaising with clients, providing continuous support and advice, and maintaining professional relationships.
” Working hands on across Construction and Public sector sites carrying out asbestos removal.
” Working closely with internal managers, ensuring work is completed in line with agreed timeframes.
