Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary / Benefits £21k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Site Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Site Analyst

Profile: Our client is a leading name within the Asbestos / Environmental industry and carry out the full range of Asbestos services across the UK on Health Care, Manufacturing, Retail and Blue-chip sites. They are now seeking to recruit a P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will be confident in carrying out 4 stage clearances, Personal air testing, issuing re-occupation certificates and providing detailed bespoke reports for clients.

Applications will be considered from: Wolverhampton, Tamworth, Stourbridge, Solihull, Coventry, Telford, Shrewsbury, Loughborough, Leicester, Hinkley, Nuneaton, Rugby, Northampton.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must have experience working for an established Asbestos company, and at a minimum will hold the BOHS P403, P404 Qualification.
” Will be well versed in all asbestos relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
” Will be confident in using handheld PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems.

The Role:
” Working on a mixed portfolio of sites undertaking 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak, re-occupation, visual, re-inspection and personal air testing.
” Issuing clients with re-occupation certificates.
” Producing detailed, site specific reports using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Carrying out on site audits.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
” Continuing to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
