Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst.
Location: Dartford, Kent.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £36k + Training + Benefits

We are currently recruiting in the South East for an Asbestos Site Analyst to join a reputable Asbestos Consultancy. Due to continuous growth, they are now looking to recruit a P403 & P404 qualified Site Analyst. You will be carrying out 4 stage clearances and leak, background, re-occupation, smoke, and personal air testing in line with relevant HSG guidelines on a mixed portfolio of sites.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Chatham, Gravesend, Gillingham, Canterbury, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Grays, Croydon, Southend-on-Sea, Basildon, Brentwood, Cheshunt, Harlow, St Albans, Hertford, Bishop’s Stortford, Braintree, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Luton, Stevenage, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Brackley.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold the BOHS P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent.
” Experience working within an Asbestos company working as an analyst.
” Fully conversant with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Excellent communication skills and familiar with TEAMS / TRACKER systems.

The Role:
” 4 stage clearances.
” Leak, background, re-occupation, smoke, and personal air testing.
” Carrying out visual re-inspection upon completion of works.
” Producing re-occupation certificates.
” Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports.
” Carrying out site audits in line with client needs.
” Working in line with HSG guidelines.
