Due to continuous growth of the business, this UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy that provides specialist advice in all asbestos and environmental related disciplines to mixed portfolio of clients across the UK is actively seeking the services of focused, self-motivated and reliable Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Aberystwyth area and will include applications from Borth, Ponterwyd, Llanilar, Lampeter and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The individual must hold the P403 and P404 or the equivalent – RSPH qualifications and at the same time must have significant experience in air-monitoring/air-testing and within the asbestos parameter.

Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.

Role Will Encompass:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearance, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.

Overseeing contractors on site and ensuring that they adhere with the Health and Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

Carrying out site audits.

Building and maintaining a good rapport with the clients.

Producing comprehensive reports as and when required.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be of smart disposition, have good work ethic and at the same time have the ability to multi-task, work independently and carry out the work effectively and within time line.
