Due to continued growth, this highly successful asbestos consultancy is actively seeking to recruit a self-motivated and focused Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Blackpool area to join their team. The successful candidate with be delivering a wide range of asbestos and environmental services to a mixed portfolio of long standing clients. Applications from Preston, Lytham St Annes, Fleetwood and surrounding regions will be taken into consideration.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must possess the P403 and P404 or the equivalent – RSPH certificates

Must have a proven track record delivering asbestos analytical duties to a varied site bases.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties.

Overseeing asbestos contractors carrying out removal work and ensuring all work is carried out to strict company guidelines and procedures.

Collating and producing accurate asbestos reports.

Providing professional services and information to the company’s mixed portfolio of clients as and when required.

Building and maintaining a good working rapport with the clients

The successful post-holder will be of smart disposition, flexible, have good work ethic and at the same time have the aptitude to carry out the work effectively and within time line.

Must be prepared to travel to sites as per client’s requirements.
