Our client is a well-regarded asbestos consultancy providing a wide range of asbestos consultancy services to clients across the UK. The company is actively seeking to employ a versatile and skilled Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Maidstone area. The ideal applicant will hold the P403/4 and will have a wealth of experience carrying out analytical duties such as personal air-testing. 4 stage clearance and re-occupation on a range of site and contract types. Applications from Rochester, Rainham, Staplehurst, Tonbridge and the surrounding areas will be taken into consideration.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ideally, the applicant must hold the P403/P404 or the equivalent – RSPH qualifications and at the same time must have varied and valid experience working within this role and within the asbestos parameter.
Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.
Must be competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Key Duties:

Undertaking 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air-testing on various properties, including commercial and industrial.
Supervising asbestos contractors on site and ensuring that they adhere to the Health and Safety legislation appertaining to asbestos.
Collating and producing comprehensive reports as and when required.
Building and maintaining a good rapport with clients/customers.

Must be prepared to travel to sites designated by the client.
