Here is a good opportunity for a high calibre Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Morden area to join a prominent and fast growing asbestos consultancy and will include applications from Croydon, Sutton, Epsom, Kingston upon Thames and the surrounding areas.

Purpose of the Role:

Covering various contracts designated by the client.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ideally, the applicant must hold the P403 and P404 or the equivalent – RSPH certificates.

Must have a proven track record working within this role and within the asbestos arena.

Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office package.

Must be familiar with the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

Key Tasks:

Carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing on a prestigious portfolio of clients.

Supervising contractors carrying out removal work and ensuring all work is carried out to strict company guidelines and procedures.

Producing comprehensive asbestos as and when required.

Providing professional service and information to the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.

Building and maintaining a good working rapport with the clients/customers.

The successful candidate will be focused, versatile and flexible, have good work ethos and have the ability to carry out the work effectively and within time frame.
