Job Description

Our client is a well-established asbestos and environmental consultancy with a large presence nationwide. They are now seeking a hard-working and experienced Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Truro area. The ideal candidate will hold the P403/4 certificates and will have extensive experience carrying out analytical duties such as air testing and 4 stage clearance. Consideration will be given to applications from Penryn, Reduth, Tregony, Ladock and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

All applicants must have gained the P403/P404 qualification, or the equivalent RSPH certificate.
Experience of this role within the asbestos industry.
Good working knowledge of asbestos health & safety procedures/legislation.
Competent with Microsoft office package.

Role and Responsibilities:

Carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing.
Supervision of contractors on site making sure they are following the correct procedures with regards to Health & Safety.
Collating and producing accurate asbestos reports.
Liaising with the company’s large portfolio of clients on a regular basis.
