Due to consistent growth of the business, this prominent and well established client based asbestos and environmental consultancy with a large presence in the Southern region is actively seeking the services of a tenacious versatile and committed Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Walsall area and will consider applications from Solihull, West Bromwich, Tamworth, Halesowen and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Holding the P403 and P404 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification is imperative.

Must have extensive demonstrable experience in air-monitoring and within the asbestos sector.

Will be conversant with the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Principal Role:

Undertaking asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties.

Overseeing asbestos contractors on site and ensuring that they adhere to Health and Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.

Liaising with clients on a regular basis – maintaining and building good rapport with the clients.

Preparing and writing comprehensive reports as when required.

Overall, the successful candidate will be an all-rounder, flexible, have good work ethos and at the same time have the ability to carry out the work effective and within timeline.
