Job Title: Asbestos Supervisor
Location: Chelmsford, Essex.
Salary / Benefits £145.00 – £180.00 Day rate +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Supervisor through to Lead Asbestos Supervisor

Profile: A successful Asbestos Remediation company with a strong presence across the South East working on Healthcare, Social Housing, Commercial and Public Sector sites are now seeking to recruit an ARCA qualified Asbestos Supervisor based in and around the Chelmsford area. The successful candidate will have experience in supervising and managing both licenced and non-licenced removals projects, overseeing a team of operatives, ensuring safe working practices are being followed and successfully passing HSE audits.
Due to our client having various opportunities available, they are also open to receiving interest from Asbestos Operatives as well as Supervisors.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience working within the Asbestos industry, working as either an Asbestos Operative or Asbestos Supervisor.
” Must hold the ARCA Supervisor Certificate and ensure other relevant tickets are up to date.
” Able to demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
” Will have excellent communication and organisational skills.
” Confidently able to use industry related software and databases.

The Role:
” Working on Healthcare, Social Housing, Commercial and Public Sector sites, overseeing and managing licensed and non -licenced removal projects.
” Supervising a team of operatives ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
” Working from RAMS and amending accurately.
” Carrying out and passing HSE audits successfully.
” Liaising with clients, providing technical advice when required, maintaining a professional relationship.
” Working closely with internal contracts managers, ensuring work is being completed within agreed timeframes.
