Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £40k + Training + Benefits

Due to continued success and growth, our client who is a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy are now seeking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor. You will be covering a mixed portfolio of sites across the M62 and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys, alongside re-inspection surveys upon completion of works. Covering various contracts across the M62 and surrounding areas: Hull, Beverly, Goole, Selby, Market Weighton, Doncaster, Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Worksop, Chesterfield, Warrington, St Helens, Leigh, Wigan, Stockport, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Preston, Lancaster, Burnley, Liverpool, Blackburn, Huddersfield, Halifax, Batley, Bradford, Leeds, Wakefield, Pontefract, Castleford, .

Experience & Qualifications:
” BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent (Mandatory)
” Experience working within a surveying role for a UKAS accredited Asbestos company.
” Excellent knowledge of relevant HSG guidelines.
” IT Literate, using industry relevant systems. (TEAMS / TRACKER)
” Able to communicate efficiently and professionally.

The Role:
” Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial sites.
” Undertaking re-inspection surveys upon competition of works.
” ACM Sampling.
” Ensuring to bag and label samples correctly prior to sending off for analysis.
” Ensuring work is being carried out in line with relevant HSG guidelines.
” Liaising with clients professionally.
” Using industry relevant systems to gather information for producing reports.
