Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: Glasgow, Scotland.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits

A leading and multi-disciplined Environmental Consultancy who specialise in asbestos management services, are now looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor. The successful candidate will be carrying out asbestos surveys across Local Authority, Commercial, Domestic, Healthcare and High Security sites across Central Scotland, ensuring to maintain the company’s professional reputation. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Hamilton, Coatbridge, Cumbernauld, East Kilbride, Kilmarnock, Paisley, Edinburgh, Penicuik, Falkirk, Kincardine, Stirling, Dunfermline, Kirkaldy.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
” Will have experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Experience working for a UKAS accredited company is beneficial to the role.
” Will have excellent technical knowledge and the ability to provide clients with detailed consultancy advice.
” IT Literate.

The Role:
” Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition, surveys across a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Safely sampling ACMs, bagging, and labelling correctly and sending for analysis.
” Using TEAMS / TRACKER system to gather information and produce detailed reports.
” Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
” Providing clients with support and consultancy advice.
