Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Manchester, North West.
Salary / Benefits £22K – £35K +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor

Profile: This client is a multi-discipline Environmental Company who work on a range of Social Housing, Educational, Commercial, and Local Authority sites. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to employ a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor, to cover contracts across the North West area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of carrying out Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites alongside liaising with clients and continuing to build and maintain excellent working relationships.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the BOHS P402 (Minimum)
” Confidently communicate with clients verbally and written.
” Able to use Teams / TRACKER / PDA system.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health and Safety Legislations in relation to Asbestos.

The Role:
” Working in line with HSG guidelines to carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
” Collecting information from site to produce detailed, site-specific reports.
” Sampling of suspected ACMs and ensuring all samples found are bagged and labelled correctly.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
