Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary / Benefits £22k – £36k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor

Profile: A rapidly expanding Environmental Company with a well-established asbestos department are now seeking to recruit an experienced and hardworking P402 Asbestos Surveyor to cover contracts across the West Midlands / Staffordshire area. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large Industrial and Commercial sites carrying out Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys alongside liaising with clients, producing detailed reports using PDA system and providing technical support when needed.

Applications will be considered from: Wolverhampton, Tamworth, Cannock, Stafford, Telford, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Solihull, Coventry, Redditch, Worcester, Nuneaton, Hinkley, Walsall, Dudley.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the BOHS P402 qualification and will ideally have experience working within the Asbestos industry as a Surveyor.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health and Safety guideline in relation to Asbestos.
” Able to use PDA and any other industry related systems.
” Able to communicate efficiently.

The Role:
” Working in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines to carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a mixed range of sites.
” Using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER system to produce detailed reports.
” Carrying out sampling of suspected ACM’s and ensuring all samples are bagged and labelled correctly.
” Continuing to build excellent working relationships with clients.
