Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Dartford, Kent.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £35k + Vehicle + Benefits

We are currently working with an independent Asbestos Consultancy, who provide expert asbestos management advice and services to clients throughout the UK. Our client currently has a vacancy for an Asbestos Surveyor in their South East team. The successful candidate will be working on regional contracts undertaking a range of surveying duties to Local Authority, Education, and Infrastructure sites. Applications will be considered from candidates based in – Gravesend, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Royal Turnbridge Wells, Epsom, Croydon, Dartford, Basildon, Brentwood, Crawley, Reigate, Woking, Guildford, Horsham, and areas within a similar location.

Requirements:
– Site experience working as either an Asbestos Surveyor or Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
– Hold a minimum of the P402 or equivalent RSPH.
– Also holding the P403 & P404 is desirable.
– Confident in using onsite data collection tools and associated packages (TEAMS / TRACKER) would be beneficial.
– Strong time management skills and able to plan work schedule effectively.
– Full driving license.

Role & Responsibilities:
– Undertaking asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys to a varied client base.
– Conducting site walkthroughs and survey plans.
– Sampling in accordance to HSG264.
– Using handheld tablets to accurately record site data and produce site specific reports.
– Maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
– Representing the business in a professional manner at all times.
