Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Cardiff, South Wales.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant

Profile: We are currently working with a leading and UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, who due to continued success are now seeking to employ a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor. You will be working across Domestic and Commercial sites undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys and will use TEAMS / TRACKER system to produce detailed reports. Our client has opportunities for both Trainee Surveyors through to Lead Consultants and is happy to receive CVs from those who have recently gained the P402 and are wanting to further build on their site experience.

Experience and Qualifications:
” BOHS P402 or equivalent RSPH L3 is essential.
” Will have experience working hands on within the Asbestos industry.
” Well versed in relevant Health and Safety / HSG 264 guidelines.
” Proficient in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Excellent communication and organisational skills.

The Role:
” Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on Commercial and Domestic properties.
” Taking samples of suspected ACMs and delivering to the office for analysis.
” Collecting information from site, producing report with using TEAMS / TRACKER.
” Organising workload in line with company needs, putting time aside to write reports.
” Ensuring work is being carried out in line with Health and Safety / HSG 264 guidelines.
” Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
” Assisting with training new employees.
