Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Greater Manchester, North West.
Salary / Benefits £22K – £35K + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Asbestos Surveyor through to Asbestos Consultant.

A leading multi-discipline compliance consultancy, now looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor to carry out surveys across the North West region. You will be responsible for undertaking asbestos surveys on a varied site base and will have a positive and professional attitude when liaising with clients. Our client can offer excellent structured training programmes and cross training into other environmental structures.

Consideration will be given to candidates across the North West region and surrounding areas: Oldham, Rochdale, Bury, Stockport, Liverpool, Blackburn, Burnley, Preston, Bolton, Wigan, St Helens, Wigan, Warrington, Chester, Crewe, Birkenhead, Wallasey, Huddersfield, Bradford, Wakefield, Barnsley, Leeds.

Experience & Qualifications:
” BOHS P402 (Minimum)
” Practical knowledge of HSG guidelines.
” Previous / current experience working for a reputable asbestos company.
” Will hold a full driving licence.
” Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.

Working as an Asbestos Surveyor on Commercial and Industrial sites, you will be carrying out the following:
” Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
” Sampling of ACMs prior to delivering to the laboratory for analysis.
” Reinspection surveys to be carried out upon completion of works.
” Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
” Professionally liaising with clients, providing support and advice.
” Using TEAMS / TRACKER to produce detailed reports.
