Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Salary / Benefits £22k – £38k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a leading name within the Asbestos industry, working across Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing, Public Sector and Healthcare sites providing the full range of Asbestos Management services. They are now seeking to employ both Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, to cover various contracts across the South-Central area. Ideally you will have experience carrying out the full range of Surveying and Analytical duties including 4 stage clearances, management, refurbishment and demolition surveys, personal air testing and re-inspection surveys. In return, our client can offer cross training into other environmental sectors, company vehicle, excellent salary / holiday / pension package.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Oxford, Bicester, Witney, Abingdon, Banbury, Brackley, Buckingham, Didcot, Swindon, Cirencester, Newbury, Aylesbury, Reading and areas with good access to the South-Central counties.

Experience & Qualifications:
– Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent.
– Consideration given to candidates who only hold P402 or P403/4 qualification.
– Will have experience working for a renowned Asbestos Consultancy.
– Competent in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
– Excellent knowledge of relevant HSG guidelines.
– Will have a positive and professional attitude.

The Role:
– Working on Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing, Public Sector and Healthcare sites carrying out management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys.
– 4 stage clearances.
– Smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
– Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
– Use of TEAMS / TRACKER systems to gather information and produce detailed reports.
– Undertaking audits on site in line with client requirements.
– Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and support.
– Ensuring all work is being completed in line with relevant HSG guidelines.
