Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £38k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a national and leading player within the Asbestos industry. They are now in the market for an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover Domestic and Commercial contracts across the Midlands region. You will be able to confidently carry out the full range of surveying and analytical duties for the companies long standing clients. The client has multiple positions available and are happy receive applications from both P402 qualified surveyors, as well as, dual qualified surveyor / analysts.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Birmingham, Walsall, Tamworth, Lichfield, Coalville, Burton upon Trent, Stafford, Shrewsbury, Dudley, West Bromwich, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Ludlow, Worcester, Solihull, Warwick, Leicester, Market Harborough, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Corby.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will ideally hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
” Consideration given to candidates who only hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
” Will have experience working within the asbestos industry, ideally working for a leading Asbestos Consultancy.
” Confident using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Able to communicate with clients and colleagues of all levels professionally.

The Role:
” Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
” Re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
” Conducting site audits in line with client requirements.
” 4 stage clearances.
” Smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” Gathering information from site and creating detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Working in line with Health and safety legislations relevant to asbestos.
” Professionally liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice when required.
