Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Stafford, Staffordshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a leading, multi-discipline Environmental Consultancy who cover Healthcare, Industrial, Local Authority, Retail, and Leisure sites. They are now looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join a new Midlands office. This role would suit a candidate with extensive experience carrying out surveying / analytical duties who can hit the ground running. Our client can offer the successful candidate cross training into other environmental sectors, excellent holiday allowance, company pension scheme and generous basic salary.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
” Previous / current experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, working on site is essential to the role.
” Fully conversant with Health and Safety guidelines.
” Fully competent in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Will have excellent communication skills.

The Role:
” Undertaking asbestos surveys including, management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
” 4 stage clearances,
” Leak, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” Undertaking audits on site.
” Providing continuous support and consultancy advice to clients.
” Using information from site to produce detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Working in line with Health and Safety guidelines.
