Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Leicester, East Midlands
Salary / Benefits £22k – £36k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: This client is a UKAS accredited and reputable Asbestos Consultancy who work nationally on Healthcare, Government, Retail and Manufacturing sites. They are now seeking to employ a P402, P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Leicester Area. The successful candidate will be experienced working within the Asbestos industry, undertaking Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys alongside, 4 stage clearances, Visual inspections, and Personal air testing in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations.

Applications will be considered from: Loughborough, Nottingham, Derby, Burton upon Trent, Tamworth, Birmingham, Walsall, Dudley, Solihull, Coventry, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Stratford-upon-Avon, Redditch, Worcester.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding the P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH) qualification is essential to the role.
” Experience working for an established Asbestos company as an Asbestos Surveyor / Asbestos Analyst or Asbestos Consultant, would be beneficial to the role.
” Competent in using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems,
” Working in line with Health and Safety guidelines.
” Able to communicate efficiently with clients, building and maintaining a professional relationship.

The Role:
” Undertaking 4 stage clearances, Smoke, Background, Leak, Re-occupation, and personal air testing and visual inspections on a mixed range of sites.
” Undertaking Management, Refurbishment, Demolition surveys.
” Producing re-inspection certificates for clients.
” Producing detailed and site-specific reports using handheld PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
” Liaising with clients, continuing to build and maintain excellent professional relationships.
