Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
Location: Crawley, Surrey.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Profile: Future Select recruit within the Asbestos industry, we have a well-established client of ours that due to increases in work load are now seeking a hard working Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to work on Healthcare, Educational, Private and Domestic sites in and around the Crawley area, carrying out Management, Reinspection and Management surveys alongside, 4 stage clearances and Visual re-inspections. This client would also consider a competent Asbestos Surveyor who are seeking to Gain the P403, P404 qualification.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will ideally hold experience working within the Asbestos industry, working for a UKAS accredited consultancy.
” At a minimum will hold the BOHS P402 and will ideally hold the P403, P404 (or RSPH) Qualification.
” Excellent working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Able to use handheld PDA system.
” Able to efficiently communicate with clients.

The Role:
” Working on Healthcare, Educational, and Domestic sites, undertaking 4 stage clearances, visual re-inspections, Smoke, Background, Leak, Re-Occupation, and personal air testing.
” Undertaking Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys.
” Using PDA / TEAMS / TRAKCER systems to produce detailed reports for clients.
” Completing re-inspections for clients.
” Carrying out all work in line with Asbestos relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
