Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Northampton, South Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £36k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: This client is a UKAS accredited and rapidly growing Asbestos Consultancy with a national presence who are now seeking to take on a hardworking and experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Northampton area. The successful candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH equivalent) qualifications and will be experienced working on Commercial and Industrial sites, carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys, alongside 4 Stage clearances, Personal air testing on both short- and long-term removal jobs.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding the P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH) qualification is essential to the role.
” Working for a UKAS accredited company within the Asbestos industry would be beneficial to the role.
” Excellent knowledge of the relevant Health and Safety / HSG guidelines.
” Competent in using handheld PDA system and industry relevant databases.
” Hold excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

The Role:
” Working on Industrial and Commercial sites, carrying out 4 Stage clearances, Smoke, Background, Leak, Re-Occupation and Personal Air testing on both short term and Long-term removal jobs.
” Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
” Producing re-inspection certificates for clients, and site-specific reports.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with Asbestos relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Will be competent using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems to produce reports for clients.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
