Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary / Benefits £22k – £37k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: A leading UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy who work across the UK on Healthcare, Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial sites are now seeking to employ a P402, P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Chelmsford area. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience working within the Asbestos industry, carrying out 4 Stage clearances, Personal air testing and Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding the P402, P403, P404 qualification is essential to the role, alongside having hands on experience working within the Asbestos industry.
” Extensive knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Excellent communication skills, using PDA / industry relevant databases.
The Role:
” Conducting 4 Stage clearances, Smoke, Background, Leak, Reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Management, Refurbishment, Demolition surveys.
” Gathering information from site to produce site specific, bespoke reports.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients, dealing with any enquired efficiently.
